Common Forum where DECT manufacturers and operators world-wide analyse all DECT related aspects, from technical to marketing, sharing
the most accurate information possible and the widest viewpoints as well.

| Participating in DECT Forum Marketing and Promotion
Resources and Activities. This represents an added value to all DECT Forum members, as far as
DECT promotion is pushed not by single companies, but a body of well-knoen companies, on a
world-wide rather than national or regional basis. Examples of such activities are the
DECT Forum Web page and the News Letter, which is published four times a year.

Studies Technical Trials and
Studies about DECT, its
ability to coexist and/or complement to other telecom technologies. Because in a
world-market, coexistence as well as compatibility are basic keywords, interoperability
aspects for DECT equipment are also activities of the DECT Forum.

Regulatory and Standardisation
Bodies:
DECT
Forum represents all its members when looking for allocation of new frequencies for DECT
applications, or when working, in close relationship with Standardization bodies, on the
improvement of DECT standard. DECT Forum has a partnership contract with ETSI for all
DECT related activities. |
