SE2510L - 1.9 GHz Power Amplifier - A 2-stage power amplifier designed for use in the 1.9GHz DECT band for cordless telephone applications. The device is optimized for 2 cell operation offering 26.5dBm @ 2.2V. The device has a sophisticated bias scheme that keeps power variation to a minimum. The SE2510L contains two discrete power control settings (High/Low power), controllable by a single logic pin. The SE2510L includes a digital enable control for device on/off control. This control also includes a ramping circuit, with the ramp time customizable via an external capacitor. An external resistor sets the SE2510L bias, which eliminates the need to have an external power control circuit.
