The site search engine allows you to search the whole DECTweb (including the DECT Forum site) for documents that contain specific words or combinations of words. The result is a weighted list of matching documents, with better matches shown first, and links to each document.  If the document has a title it will be shown, otherwise only it's file name is displayed.
A brief explanation of the query language is available below, along with some examples.

Query Language

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

cordless telecommunications

finds documents containing 'cordless' or 'telecommunications'

cordless or telecommunications

same as above

cordless and telecommunications

finds documents containing both 'cordless' and 'telecommunications'

cordless not telecommunications

finds documents containing 'cordless' but not 'telecommunications'

(cordless not telecommunications) and DECT

finds documents containing 'DECT', plus 'cordless' but not 'telecommunications'

cord*

finds documents containing words starting with 'cord', eg 'cordless' and 'corded'
